This project, from the local NGO Comisión Colombiana de Juristas, aims to provide legal training material and publications on the right to the truth; command responsibility for human rights abuses of the civilian population; the military justice system and the principle of non-retroactivity of criminal law in cases of human rights violations.

Objectifs du projet (Anglais)

The project will contribute to strengthen the human rights situation in Colombia and improve the transitional justice mechanisms in place.
