An Active Hydrogen Maser clock (AHM) has an outstanding short term frequency stability (Allan deviation ó(1h)<2⋅10-15). The frequency stability however decreases for longer periods (>12h). This reduction of performance is due to long terms modifications of the resonant cavity. The aim of this project is to dynamically modify the resonant cavity in order to correct and improve the long-term frequency stability. In addition to that, if the concept of 'controlled long-term frequency stability' works correctly, it will be possible to realize much cheaper Hydrogen Maser Clocks with a cavity made of aluminum.
