Abstract (Deutsch)

The project goal is the development, production and market launch of a ready-to-use automation compatible in-vitro multi-organ testing platform to investigate efficacy and toxicity of pharmacological active compounds. The intended products allow investigating compound efficacy and toxicity on on-target and offtarget tissues (heart, brain, and kidney) enhacing the predictivity already at an early stage of the drug development process. A total of 4 new products will target an estimated global market size of approx. 100- 200 Mio USD and leverage InSphero's existing international customer base.
