Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
Human plasma contains a complex mixture of valuable proteins. Many of these proteins are not recovered in state-of-the-art plasma fractionation processes due to the lack of suitable purification technologies. The aim of this project is to evaluate the potential of continuous chromatography (MCSGP) for the isolation of therapeutic plasma proteins. Allowing for high protein yield and purity simultaneously, MCSGP is expected to be enabling for the purification of certain proteins.
