Abstract (English)

Leading Swiss clinical departments in liver surgery, interventional radiology and nuclear-medical procedures at the University hospitals HUG, CHUV and Inselspital together with CAScination AG (Bern) conduct multicentre trials of Europe¿s only commercially available technology for instrument guided surgery and interventions on the liver. Together, they plan, initialise and conduct studies to investigate clinical efficacy and available accuracy of computer assisted and instrument guided liver surgery and interventional procedures.
