Abstract
(English)
The goal of the project is to develop a computer vision-based embedded system for accident prevention in an industrial environment. This will result in an easy to deploy embedded vision system that is able to detect potentially dangerous situations and react accordingly. Depending on the level of the alarm, the system could log the event for later statistical risk analysis, or take a concrete action such as preventing the start up of a piece of equipment.
