Abstract (English)	The goal of this project is to develop image processing algorithms for detecting geodetic targets (prisms and natural markers) on a total station for use in real-life surveying. The challenges are twofold: - To develop an object detection framework which is both robust (high detection rate) and extensible (trained for new classes - To implement the image processing algorithms within the constraints of an embedded system with limited processing power and to make their benefits available in day-to-day surveying work.
