Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
Water companies face crucial difficulties trying to monitor on a daily basis the high variety of pharmaceuticals encountered in waters. Fluoroquinolones (FQs) represent problematic pharmaceuticals as they are only partially metabolized by the human body and they have a high potential to induce bacterial resistance. We propose the development of a commercial high-throughput assay for the screening, in a time- and costefficient fashion, of FQs in water. The test is based on the use of a novel molecularly imprinted polymer.
