HIPERCORE - HIgh-PERformance COmputer system for Radar and Embedded processing
Abstract
(Englisch)
CES designs and produces computer platforms for the Aerospace and Defense Market. The challenge for the next product generation is to provide a high performance single board computer with a processing power of several Gflops as a minimum, in a reduced space volume and including acquisition sensorsand highspeed communication channels (up to 10GbE interface) meeting environmental requirements and constraints for embedded airborne equipment. Moreover, new customer needs arise to cope with multi-core development. The project aims at the design and development of such a high-performance multi-core platform in 3U VPX form factor and supported by advanced low-level development tools.
