Abstract (Englisch)

The project aims to develop technologies that will allow Lotaris to build an 'enterprise application store'. This will allow enterprises to purchase applications for their employees and to manage related policies. Like the Apple App Store created an eco-system around consumer-oriented applications, Lotaris aims to create an eco-system around enterprise-oriented apps. An enterprise app store needs to cope with massive databases. It also needs to deal with service adaptation and evolution. These are the two main research problems to be tackled in the project.
