The HPCSENS project comprises the design and development of high-precision and high-resolution analog electronics coupled with optimized digital signal processing and calibration algorithms for the readout of a capacitive ultra-low moisture sensor. This sensor can reach a precision and a resolution of 20 fF (equivalent to 0.0005 % moisture) which makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
