Reinforcing the use of reconfigurable instructions in an ultra-low power DSP (MOPBOX)
Abstract
(English)
The MOPBOX project aims at creating a toolbox for the development and debugging of optimized code for the icyflex4 high-performance scalable ultra-low power DSP architecture. This toolbox is needed to increase code efficiency by unleashing the full potential of the icyflex4¿s unique reconfigurable instructions, while at the same time improving programming productivity. A software library of optimized DSP functions will be developed with this toolbox. Abilis will benefit from these innovations to develop their upcoming DVB-T2/C2 applications.
