Das Projekt "Anwendungen und Potenziale von Vakuum-Spalt-Isolation" zeigt ein Energiespar-Potenzial bezüglich schweizerischer Warmwasserleitungen von mehr als einer Million MWh/a. Ausführungen von VSI für Warmwasserleitungen sollen erarbeitet, theoretisch evaluiert und an Funktionsmustern verifiziert werden. Dies soll im Sinne von mit VSI versehenen Neuinstallationen und - zumindest theoretisch - als Retrofit bestehender Leitungen geschehen.

Description succincte (Anglais)

The project “Applications and potentials of vacuum space insulation” has shown an energy-saving potential regarding the Swiss hot water pipes of more than a million MWh/a. The execution of VSI for hot water pipes should be investigated, theoretically evaluated, and experimentally verified with functional models. This should occur in terms of VSI-equipped new installations and – at least theoretically - as a retrofit of existing pipes.
