Das Schweizerische Sozialarchiv ist ein wissenschaftlicher Hilfsdienst für verschiedene Diziplinen der Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften. Es stetellt Forschenden aus den Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften ein national einmaliges Arbeitsinstrumentarium zur Verfügung, welches insbesondere von den Universitäten intensiv genutzt wird. Es umfasst ein Archiv, eine Bibliothek sowie eine umfassende Sammlung von Zeitungen.
