Efficient production of therapeutic proteins requires the identification of cell lines with the highest productivities. The aim of this project is to develop an automated and fast method to identify top cell lines using an advanced magnetic particles handling technology in a miniaturized microfluidic platform from Spinomix and Selexis cell preparation method.
