Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	In the scope of this project we seek to develop both a bispecific DARPin molecule and an anti-IgE antibody each targeting two regulatory receptors on the surface of basophils and mast cells. Both drug candidates will be evaluated for their capacity to negatively regulate IgE-induced basophil and mast cell activation and to inhibit IgE synthesis by B cells. Both drug candidates represent an innovative approach different from existing treatment strategies. Since proof of concept has already been reached in a previous collaboration, this grant application serves to create the scientific basis to decide which of the two strategies may be incorporated into the pipeline of the industrial partner.
