Abstract (English)	The intended project is aimed at the development of human monoclonal antibodies for immunotherapy against aggregated TDP-43, a novel target for the treatment and prevention of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Possible further indications include a wide spectrum of neurodegenerative diseases such as frontotemporal dementia and Alzheimer¿s disease. Combining Neurimmune¿s RTMTM human antibody technology and the University of Zurich¿s expertise in neurodegenerative disease research and clinical development, the program results will be instrumental for the anticipated commercialization of therapeutic TDP-43 antibodies.
