Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	Therapetic antibodies represent the fastest growing sector of pharmaceutical biotechnology. In order to potentiate the therapeutic activity of antibodies, particularly needed for oncological applications, most companies are currently ¿arming¿ their antibodies with potent drugs. In this Project, we describe a novel avenue for the development of antibody-drug conjugates, which relies on antibodies that localize at the tumor neo vasculature and which does not require antibody internalization, thus promising unprecedented potency and selectivity.
