In the POSEIDON project, the SEMCAD simulation platform will be enhanced with algorithms/solvers for the next generation of waveguide and high-power devices, combined with novel high-performance computing techniques. The new tool will allow the analysis, synthesis and optimization of the new micro- and millimeterwave used in aerospace, wireless communications and health care industries. POSEIDON will provide to SEMCAD a definite edge over other existing tools and will contribute to its success in industry and academia.
