Les buts du projet sont les suivants:

Aim 1: Determine whether in pubertal (30-day-old) mice exposed to BPA expression of genes that are

under hormonal control is affected.

Aim 2: Determine whether perinatal BPA exposure affects the response of the mammary gland to

progesterone in adult females

Aim 3: Determine whether changes in gene expression due to BPA exposure are intrinsic to the

mammary epithelium.
