Attolight aims at producing and commercializing enabling measurement tools to foster the development and integration of nanotechnologies in the optoelectronic and nanoelectronic industries. The company proposes a new measurement tool yielding unprecedented combined spatial and temporal performances allowing for the first time to shoot movies of electrons at the nanoscale. The goal of this project is to improve the tool¿s reliability and the performance to approach industry standards.
