|
Die Geschichte des Tourismus und dessen Auswirkungen auf Gesellschaft, Siedlungsbild und Architektur werden anhand einer Modellstudie in Andermatt im Urserntal untersucht. Im interdisziplinär und institutionenübergreifend angelegten Projekt kommen Methoden und Technologien der Architektur, der Raumplanung, der Geoinformation und der Geschichts- und Kulturwissenschaft zur Anwendung. Ziel ist es, exemplarisch aufzuzeigen, wie das Potential von technologischer Innovation und disziplinärer Forschung verbunden und für Fragen des Raummonitoring und der Wissensvermittlung in Verwaltung, Öffentlichkeit und Wissenschaft genutzt werden kann.

The focus of this project is the history of tourism in Andermatt within the Urserntal and its effects on society, settlement picture and architecture. The interdisciplinary project with partners from different institutions uses methods and technologies of architecture, the spatial planning, the geo information and the historical and cultural science. A goal is it to point out exemplary how the potential of technological innovation and disciplinary research can be connected to be used for questions of the space monitoring and the knowledge transfer in administration, general public and sciences.
