The Hysteropen is a minimal invasive surgical diagnostic device. It combines hysteroscopy and womb lining biopsy, i.e. taking sample tissues of the endometrium under optical guidance on-site in the medical office. This progress will be achieved by reduction of the devices dimensions and innovative combination of the necessary functions. In consequence, the Hysteropen offers the possibility to reduce diagnosis time, decrease the number of false negatives in diagnostics, avoid unnecessary hospitalisations and limit health care costs
