Short description (English)	Enlarging the Application Range of Digital Holography for Microcomponent Testing
Abstract (English)	This project seeks to significantly extend the market applications of digital holography microscopy (DHM) in solid mechanics. The capabilities of speckle interferometry will be combined with DHM to allow: (1) fast and robust measurement on rough surfaces with large field of view and (2) to obtain 3D displacement and strain data of rough microcomponents.
