Feasibility Study of Using Ultrasonic Resonator Technology as a Monitoring Tool to Manufacture Lipid-Based Drug Delivery Systems and Nanosuspensions
Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
The pharmaceutical industry strives to increase the quality of its products. This involves an extended monitoring of critical process parameters and a generally improved understanding of production factors. However, this is particularly challenging for lipid-drug delivery systems and nanosuspensions. The current feasibility study utilizes the ultrasonic resonator technology as a new method for process analytics. A number of defined production issues will be tested in this study to focus and de-risk the development of a new mixer/homogenizer.
