E-participation and e-democracy

Abstract (German)

Amazee¿s platform empowers civic engagement and collaboration in online communities. This project will boost Amazee¿s competitive advantage by allowing a scientifically backed enhancement of the existing tools and the deployment of ―bottom-up‖ tools to connect with the governmental ¿top-down―-system (e-democracy, e.g. by providing frameworks for petitions, initiatives etc.). IDHEAP and eGovernment will be able to draw a substantial amount of expertise from the research reports and gain a perpetual insight into the highly dynamic social media market.
