Abstract (German)	The goal of this project is an evaluation of the functioning of casein binders in water-based decorative printing inks applied in the production of wood laminate, in order to (i) allow more cost-effective production of existing inks and improvement of material properties, to (ii) substitute casein by other proteins, as well as to (iii) design new formulations for protein-based inks to be applied in packaging industry.
