Das Folgeprojekt mit der Kurzbezeichnung «QE Wohnen II» knüpft an die Ergebnisse der beiden KTI-Projekte «QE Wohnen ¿ Qualitätsentwicklung im Wohnbereich» und «Neue Wohnmodelle für die zweite Lebenshälfte» an. Ziel ist die Zusammenführung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Instrumente zu einem modular aufgebauten Instrumentarium und dessen Etablierung im Wohnungsmarkt. Das Instrumen-tarium wird durch ein neu gegründetes Spin-Off-Unternehmen der ETH Zürich im Markt etabliert.
