Das zentrale Element dieses Forschungsprojektes ist ein Praxistest zur Umsetzung des zweidimensionalen Kooperations-Geschäftsmodells 'Systemvorfertigungsbau'. Dieses Geschäftsmodell soll im individuellen Fertigteilbau auf der Entwicklungs- und Produktionsebene die Automatisierung der Produktion auf Plattform- und Systemebene ermöglichen und gleichzeitig auf der Absatz- und Montageebene die Markterschliessung und Marktdurchdringung mit lokalen Partnern verstärken. Damit soll die Kleinstrukturiertheit der Schweizer Fertigteilbranche zur Stärke gegenüber den ausländischen Konkurrenten mutiert werden.
