Purification platform for next generation therapeutic proteins using the MCSGP-technology with a model-predictive controller
Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
For the next generation of therapeutic proteins, there is no comfortable platform purification technology which will cause a big challenge to the production costs. The chromatographic MCSGP-process has the potential to reduce the overall purification costs by up to 50%. In this project, the aim is to prove the performance increase of the MCSGP-process using next generation therapeutic proteins and to develop a model-based predictive controller, so that the process operates with minimal user input.
