This contract encompasses two domains : 1. the monitoring and analysis of social statistics (third component of the project) with the following goals : a) Establishment of a social-demographic indicator set that can be provided annually by INSTAT on its website b) Elaboration of a basis of data for reporting on social protection issues c) Selection of two or three pilot regions for systematic statistical comparison (indicators at the regional, national and possibly international level) d) Publication with in-depth analysis e) Exchange of experiences and training 2. The operational management of the programme, particularly the coordination between the different projects components and activities involving INSTAT and other skateholders
