Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, das bereits entwickelte Modell ¿MExEM¿ (Modell zur Excellence Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern) in zwei unabhängigen Unternehmen zu implementieren und dessen Auswirkung auf Mitarbeiter- und Unternehmenskultur zu untersuchen. MExEM basiert auf dem EFQM-Modell und überträgt die Excellence-Philosophie auf jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Es stellt sowohl ein Führungsmodell wie auch ein Bewertungsinstrument dar und ist in allen Organisationen, unabhängig von Branche, Organisationsform oder Grösse anwendbar.
