Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	This project develops a new optical character recognition application for handwritten filled forms. In contrast with the current state of the art systems we will deliver a new character recognition system that uses recent machine learning and neural networks technologies that achieves a recognition rate performance level of 99,9%. This system will be efficient and robust and will allow online learning using historical data. The proposed solution drastically reduces data input time and costs and prevents future document amendments due to human transcription mistakes.
