Abstract (English)	Odour plays a decisive role in mate choice and is molecularly mediated by genes of the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC). Today, millions of singles search for partners online where they cannot perceive olfactory chemistry. To change this, an MHC odour profile based on a lab-test and a novel home-test will assess chemistry matching when dating online. This interdisciplinary project will allow the KTI start-up basisnote AG to develop and evaluate an innovative product, which brings chemistry matching to the dating industry.
