Abstract (English)	Uveitis is an inflammatory eye disease leading to blindness. It has no satisfactory treatment options. OPPH proposes to adapt photodynamically active Hynospheres as a competent uveitis therapy. This project proposes to carry out a dose range-finding study in an animal model of uveitis. These results will be used to design pre-clinical IND enabling safety studies . Clinical trials will then be initiated.
