Feasibility Antennas Study (FEASANT)
Abstract
(English)
This project deals with the first phase of a two-phase project on antennas and end subsystems for High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS) based systems. The objective in the first phase is to determine the feasibility of making small, compact antennas tailored for both HAPS users and platforms. The target is advanced RF-MEMS based reconfigurable antenna solutions. A second phase (not included in this proposal) would aim at designing and building prototypes demonstrating the industrial feasibility of the proposed concept.
