Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Anglais)
This project is aimed at demonstrating the efficacy and efficiency of microneedles currently developed by Debiotech. It intends to demonstrate the ability to precisely control the intradermal delivery of a drug, and to be able to follow up in real time the injection, in order to address the characteristics of this injection such as depth of injection and volume injected. This technology allows the unexplored intradermal route of administration to be investigated and exploited, with cumulative advantages over standards techniques such as pain free delivery, better diffusion in the skin and better control on the delivery.
