Abstract (Französisch)	The aim of the research effort is to develop a bimodal X-ray mCT and Fluorescence Molecular tomography (FMT)/Bioluminescence Tomography (BLT) system for small-animal imaging. The system will allow for in vivo reconstruction of the distribution of fluorescent probes (by FMT) and expression levels of luciferase (by BLT). A crucial component is the investigation and implementation of advanced wavelet-based reconstruction techniques. The functional information from the FMT/BLT measurements will be integrated with the structural map provided by mCT.
