DHM: cognitive microscopy for diagnosis and high throughput screening
Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Anglais)
R&D measurements using standard Digital Holographic Microscopes (DHM) are nowadays carried out on a routine basis by numerous users in Life Sciences. Neverthless, the path from measurement to relevant biological parameters, for instance shape and volume, required manual, non automated parameters extraction: this restricts the DHM sales. Additional software modules and automation of table and drug dispenser are required. The purpose of this new CTI project entitled ¿DHM: cognitive microscopy for diagnosis and high throughput screening¿ is essential for the valorisation of DHM technologies in the field of life sciences: appealing perspectives of DHM for cell viability determination have been evidenced. The potentiality of DHM must be fully exploited by developing innovative high throughput cell screening techniques. Application to important fields of life sciences such as Hematology, Immunology, Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Cellular cycle and motility will be addressed
