Es werden die legalen und institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen bestimmt und analysiert, welche die Kosten für die Gewächshausproduktion und das Marketing von Gemüse erhöhen oder senken. Die Studie fokussiert sich auf die folgenden Kostenfaktoren: Arbeit, Gewächshaus (Konstruktion und Einrichtungen), Marketing und Energie. Die wichtigsten Kosten werden in der Tiefe analysiert und falls möglich quantifiziert.

Determining and analysing the legal and institutional framework conditions that drive or inhibit costs for greenhouse production and marketing of vegetables.The project focus on the following cost factors: labour, greenhouses (construction and facilities), marketing and energy. The most important cost effects are analysed in depth and, where possible, quantified.

Objectifs du projet (Allemand)

Das Ergebnis der Studie liefert ein Innensicht über die regulatorischen und institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen, welche den grössten Einfluss auf die wichtigsten Kostenfaktoren im holländischen und schweizerischen Gewächshausproduktion von Gemüse haben. Mit den Ergebnissen der Studie hat das Bundesamt für Landwirtschaft die Möglichkeit die notwendigen institutionellen und regulatorischen Voraussetzungen zu schaffen, um so erfolgreich die künftigen Marktänderungen zu meistern.

Objectifs du projet (Anglais)

The result of this project provides insight into the regulatory and institutional framework conditions that have a major bearing on the most important cost factors in Dutch and Swiss greenhouse horticulture. With the results of this study the Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG) is able to create the necessary institutional and regulatory preconditions for dealing successfully with the expected changes.
