Abstract (German)

Senaca.ch. is a planned integrated e-learning, information and collaboration platform for Continuing Education on Health and Diseases of the Elderly ( 55+).The main target groups are all part of an ¿Integrated Health-knowledge Supply Chain¿ (specialists/ clinicians, primary care providers, registered nurses, informal caregivers as well as senior citizens to whom the same evidence-based, up-to-date and accredited content will be made accessible in level-adjusted formats (thus literally bringing ¿Science to (the) Market¿).Pilot implementation from Q4/2007 on is planned initially in Switzerland and subsequently (2008) in 5 European key regions as well as an outreach to China.
