Abstract (German)	The 'SATW Transferkollegs' constitute an approach to strengthen the technology transfer process, building upon the SATW network of contacts and competencies. The thematic for the 2007 initiative centers on the applications of industrial biotechnology. The accent is put on transfer in the early phases of the innovative process. A key aspect is the organization of a two-day workshop where researchers, industrial partners and experts together evaluate the project ideas.
