Abstract (Deutsch)

We seek funding in order to develop a general, powerful and innovative technology, which will allow the construction and screening of collections of chemical compounds (¿chemical libraries¿) of unprecedented size. Our technology relies on the synthesis and screening of libraries of chemical compounds, each of which carries a DNA-tag covalently attached, serving as ¿identification bar code¿. DNA-encoded chemical libraries will open new pharmaceutical opportunities, and will be used both for in house drug development and offered to partners for custom selections.
