GeMiCo: Generated Micro Codes for Speakers VLSI
Abstract
(English)
Being a leading provider of audio related IP for semiconductor manufacturers and OEMs, is a goal that requires nowadays the ability to provide dependable, state-of-the-art software and hardware components that could be embedded and adapted in a quick and flexible way. In order to overcome the requirement of a dedicated customization team able to provide complete ad-hoc development of OEMs applications, a SME needs to take advantage of domain specific technologies, methods and tools able to ease components integration and adaptation. The main objective of this project is the realisation and exploitation of an indivisible development system made of software technology, methods and tools for flexible, rapid and automated development of domain specific software for a specialized VLSI circuit dedicated to digital active networked loudspeakers and other audio monitoring systems.
