Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	Percitech SA is an innovative Swiss firm that maintains an aquaculture farm specializing in the cultivation of European perch, Perca fluviatilis. This project aims to produce a bactericin vaccine to protect against Aeromonas sobria, a water-borne pathogen affecting farmed perch at the Percitech site. The primary focus of the work is to determine the specific conditions required to achieve maximum vaccination efficacy. Variables to be assessed are vaccine dose, route of administration, age for vaccination and length of time between initial and booster vaccinations.
