Entwicklung einer Schulungs- und Supportorganisation unter Anwendung neuster Erkenntnisse aus der E-Learning Evaluation zur Integration neuer Lerntechnologien. Die FHBB entwickelt eine Schulungs- und Supportkonzeption. Sie begleitet die Entwicklungsarbeiten und Piloteinsätze des Advisor Service Center der UBS AG durch eine formative Evaluation. Dadurch wird eine Konzeption für den integrierten Einsatz neuer Lerntechnologien entwickelt, welche auf neusten Forschungserkenntnissen beruht und praxistauglich ist.
