Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	The project investigates possibilities to establish ChondroGide® for meniscal repair. The goals include improving meniscus regeneration via combined application of cells and ChondroGide®VN using two approaches: synovial membrane and mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow or synovium. The procedure will be within the surgical operation time frame to conform to the new EU regulations for cell-based therapies. Improving chondrogenic conductivity of ChondroGide®VN will also be tested. Results will provide data for initiation of clinical trials.
