Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	The aim of the SPINAPOR project is to further develop the TISSUPOR wound healing technology for application in the treatment of spinal disorders. Textile implants based on the novel three-dimensional structuring methods of current TISSUPOR wound pads will be developed for the repair of intervertebral disc nuclear and annular defects. The efficacy of bioactive implants will be evaluated through seeding of the three-dimensional textile structures with biological media such as serum and/or growth factors. Textile implant performance will be quantified through both in-situ mechanical testing and in vitro cell- and whole-organ cultures.
