Abstract
(Englisch)
Development of a near-infrared gas sensor for the measurement of oxigen, carbon dioxide and relative humidity for medical applications. The sensor must be fast enough to monitor concentration profiles in the patient's breath cycle (50 ms and faster). The measurement path will be located in the breathing hose of the patien (mainstream measurement) and will be coupled to the laser spectrometer via an optical fiber.
