Protein Epitope Mimetic Technology has been developed to exploit burgeoning information about protein-protein interactions from genomics, proteomics and drug discovery programmes. A major target of this technology is the design of protein-protein interaction inhibitors, based on Protein Epitope Mimetics (PEM). In this project, new design rules will be established to aid the discovery of new PEM inhibitors, and to facilitate their cellular uptake
